MOPED ECOSYSTEM

The creation of an integrated MoPED ecosystem is one of the main results of the MoPED project.

At Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi Hryhorii Skovoroda State Pedagogical University the MoPED ecosystem is represented by the Center for Continuing Education “Education for Sustainable Development – Integral Leadership”, located on the basis of the Innovation Class (ICR), which was also created within the project.

The purpose of the ecosystem is to ensure the continuity, continuity and socialization of education through ensuring a quality educational process in University using the latest technologies, the organization of training courses, retraining and other educational activities.

Target audience of the ecosystem:

  • higher education students of all ER
  • scientific and pedagogical, administrative staff of the University
  • educators of partner institutions of preschool, primary, secondary, vocational (vocational and technical) and higher education
  • external stakeholders of the educational process in the University – employers, graduates, representatives of NGOs, local governments

Activity and development plan

Use of the Innovation Class for the implementation of the educational process at the University;

Involvement of schoolchildren, students of colleges and vocational schools in conducting joint educational activities on the basis of the Innovation Class;

Conducting advanced training courses for educators within the activities of the Center for Continuing Education “Education for Sustainable Development – Integral Leadership” and dissemination of experience gained during the project;

Carrying out of educational and scientific actions on the basis of the Innovation class (conferences, educational seminars and trainings, master classes, round tables, information days, etc.) with involvement of the partner Ukrainian and foreign organizations;

Attracting funds from external donors by providing paid educational services;

Organization of cooperation with partner institutions for the development and implementation of joint international and project activities – including the implementation of joint academic mobility programs for faculty and students, internship programs, lectures, trainings, seminars, workshops and other events (offline / online).

Impact of the MoPED ecosystem

At the individual (professional) level – the use of the Innovation Class within the MoPed ecosystem by scientific and pedagogical staff in order to introduce innovative educational teaching practices in their own professional activities, which will increase the professional competencies of teachers in particular and the quality of the educational process in general.

The MoPED ecosystem provides a broad impact at the institutional level by updating the content of pedagogical education, its focus on the introduction of new educational technologies in the educational process of the university. The functioning of the Center for Continuing Education “Education for Sustainable Development – Integral Leadership” provides an opportunity to improve the teaching skills of the interested University staff within the university, which, in turn, allows to increase the rating of the university.

The MoPED ecosystem will show its impact at the regional and national levels by creating a positive image of a modern higher education institution as a progressive university that meets the challenges of the present and the future. Carrying out on the basis of the Innovative class of educational and scientific actions will provide active distribution of results of the project and will create conditions for effective use of ICR by partner educational institutions.

The MoPED ecosystem will show its impact at the regional and national levels by creating a positive image of a modern higher education institution as a progressive university that meets the challenges of the present and the future. Carrying out on the basis of the Innovative class of educational and scientific actions will provide active distribution of results of the project and will create conditions for effective use of ICR by partner educational institutions.

The MoPED ecosystem will also have an international impact.A consortium of partner institutions of our Free Economic Zone will join the work of the MoPED ecosystem. The consortium coordinators are: Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi Hryhorii Skovoroda State Pedagogical University, Istanbul Foundation for Science and Culture, Turkey; Ion Creange State Pedagogical University of Chisinau, Moldova.

In addition, other Ukrainian and foreign educational institutions of various types will be involved in the work of the consortium: free educational institutions, colleges, schools, etc.

The activities of the consortium will promote the active dissemination of project results and ensure the implementation of the sustainable development plan of the project. Additionally, the project created guidelines for educators “New tools and technologies in teaching”
